After graduating from
Georgia Southern University with a teaching degree, Bea changed
her career path and studied art in Florence Italy for two
and one half years.
Bea is an Augusta native whose paintings feature
vivid colors of familiar Southern rural and coastal scenes,
everyday life, and a recent series of nudes. Bea’s mediums
include pastel, acrylics, oils and watercolor.
Bea has taught art since 1976.
